PREMIUM QUALITY: POLYCARBONATE LEXAN

The production of the outer shell for Nolan and Grex brand helmets occurs trough LEXAN™* polycarbonate injection moulding process.

The outer shell is moulded in two sizes - smaller for sizes XXS-M and larger for sizes L-XXL. This is how we achieved the lowest weight, the lowest aerodynamic drag and the best fit to the head, regardless of the driver's figure.

7 SIZES FOR THE BEST FIT

The inner shell is made in two layers of expanded polystyrene, which is still the most effective shock absorber. Research in Nolan determines the density - hardness - shape of the layers and we also produce these shells. In this way, our helmets are precisely adapted to the requirements of various safety standards.

P/J HOMOLOGATION

The helmet is approved in P/J double configuration, as the removable protective chin guard has passed the homologation tests required by UN/ECE regulations for full face helmets.

EVS (EXTREME VENTILATION SYSTEM)

Large ventilation openings on the helmet in connection with openings in the inner polystyrene shell form a system of extremely effective ventilation inside the helmet, which ensures the transfer of a large amount of fresh air through the helmet even at lower speeds.

“CLIMA COMFORT” INNER PADDING WITH ECOFRIENDLY FABRICS

A new design made with eco-friendly fabrics based on the use of 100% regenerated fibres sourced from the postconsumer recovery of nylon.

ULTRAWIDE VISOR

The large surface of the S/R (Scratch Resistant) visor makes it possible to have a broader view, also lateral, thus assuring maximum riding comfort and increasing active safety. It is also able to protect the rider’s face from water and wind while guaranteeing air circulation within the helmet, if used in jet configuration.

PINLOCK® FOG-RESISTANT INNER VISOR

Visor is ready for Pinlock® inner visor (at extra charge), supplied with Full Silicone Border (FSB). The patented adjusting system allows the stretch of the Pinlock® inner visor acting from the exterior of the visor, without the necessity of removing.

MICROLOCK (patented)

The chin strap is equipped with an automatic Microlock buckle, which, thanks to the toothed tab, allows extremely precise, micrometer adjustment of the buckle.

Chin padding is evolved for practical use and comfort. The chin strap also has a ring for locking the helmet.

ADDITIONAL FEATURES

Optional accessories allow you to easily customize the helmet according to your own inspiration:

PEAK offers excellent protection against the glare of the low sun. It can be adjusted in 2 positions. The large opening between the peak and the shell of the helmet allows air to pass through, so that it does not burden the neck while driving. It can be easily installed/removed on the helmet without using any tools.

WATER AND WIND RESISTANT CAP: to simply cover the ventilation openings on the helmet in case of rain or in colder weather conditions.

GOOGLE VISOR is moulded out of LEXANTM*, rubber-sealed and is S/R (Scratch Resistant) treated, with UV protection. It can be adjusted in 2 positions and easily installed/removed on the helmet without using any tools. 

Available in light blue and dark smoke versions.
